In view of the weather and transport situation, upon discussion with members of Versailles, it has been decided that the concert will be postponed to OCTOBER 16, (MONDAY). If any of the ticket holders cannot attend the concert on OCTOBER 16, please be advised of the REFUND procedures below.
Please take photo of the purchased ticket and also the purchasing record including your name and contact no and send to puffininfo@gmail.com for registration. It is most important that the complete ticket must be presented
Registered ticket holders for refund will receive a confirmation by email on or before October 31, 2017. Tickets purchased by credit card will be refunded to their credit card account within 4 – 6 weeks (depending on the credit card billing date)
Registered Refund ticket holders purchased by CASH will receive a confirmation note by email to receive Refund in CASH on designated date at CITYLINE Ticketing Office
REMARKS:
1) Refund will be applicable to UNUSED tickets. Ticket checkers at venue will tear off a part of the ticket stub, therefore if the ticket stub is torn, it will be considered as USED ticket
2) Deadline for REFUND application must be on or before October 20, 2017 at 9pm. If the application is not received on or before the designated date and time, there will be not refund available.
